Key Conclusions
For foreign patients, the key point is that language support varies by clinic. If you need an English-speaking consultation, call the clinic or check its booking page to confirm whether English-speaking staff or interpretation can be arranged, how to book, and what to bring (passport or ID, insurance/payment method, and any prior dental records).
If you are prioritizing review volume, 행복드림치과의원 (Haengbok Dream Dental Clinic) and 이믿음치과의원 (I Mideum Dental Clinic) stand out, with 598 Kakao reviews and a 5-point rating for the former, and 690 Kakao reviews and a 3.9-point rating for the latter. Both are near Yeoksam Station, but their provided visitor reviews do not directly mention wisdom tooth extraction experience. To check reviews that specifically describe wisdom tooth extraction, you can also look at the cases for 스카이치과의원 (Sky Dental Clinic) and 메르덴플러스치과의원 (Mereuden Plus Dental Clinic). Reviews are personal experiences, however, and it is not possible to conclude that one clinic is better. In the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service registration data for 메르덴플러스치과의원, one oral and maxillofacial surgery specialist is listed.
Analysis Method
We compared the five selected clinics by collecting 1,261 Naver Place visitor reviews, 1,333 KakaoMap reviews, and Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service registration data. The average KakaoMap rating of the five selected clinics is 4.4 points. The total review count below is the sum of each clinic’s Naver visitor reviews and KakaoMap reviews; blog reviews are a separate type and were not included. Naver ratings were not provided, so they are marked “Not provided” in the table. Google ratings and specialist counts also reflect only what was listed in the provided data for each clinic.
스카이치과의원

This is an individual visitor’s review and does not guarantee extraction outcomes.
They explained everything well and checked carefully, so I had my wisdom tooth removed without any major problems.
They were kind and provided the treatment I needed.

When booking a wisdom tooth consultation, ask about whether extraction is possible, whether imaging is needed, and which dates are available. In particular, impacted status and proximity to the nerve canal must be assessed after examination, so it is better not to predict difficulty or outcomes from reviews alone. Ask the clinician whether your schedule may be affected after extraction, and confirm the clinic’s hours and parking in advance to help plan your visit.
메르덴플러스치과의원

The wisdom tooth was a somewhat difficult impacted wisdom tooth, so they advised that because recovery after extraction takes a long time, it would be better to have it removed after finishing the workplace adjustment period.
I had two impacted wisdom teeth extracted at once, upper and lower. Only the waiting time was a bit long; the actual extraction of both upper and lower took less than 30 minutes.

아미치과의원 (Ami Dental Clinic)
The Kakao rating was provided as 5 and the Google rating as 4. Naver visitor reviews were 144 and Kakao reviews were 5, for a total of 149; Google reviews were 0. The number of dental specialists listed by the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service is not available. In the provided reviews, kind and thorough care and explanations are mentioned repeatedly, but no wisdom tooth extraction case is confirmed in the quoted reviews. Therefore, it is difficult to judge wisdom tooth extraction experience or capability from this data alone.
I always feel this, but they are truly thorough, and beyond dental treatment, they explain in detail to my child how to manage oral care and habits in daily life so that orthodontic treatment can be avoided, which always makes me trust them.
They are a skilled dentist. Our whole family, starting with my parents, goes to this clinic. They are thorough and explain things very well.

If you are looking for a clinic right in front of Yeoksam Station, note that the distance provided for this clinic is from Hanti Station’s exit, not from Yeoksam Station, so check your route. Because there are no wisdom-tooth-related reviews in the data, distinguish between general satisfaction in reviews and actual extraction experience.

In a wisdom tooth extraction consultation, you can ask about impacted status, whether tests or imaging are needed, and after-extraction care guidance. Given that there are no extraction-related reviews in this data, it is good to confirm before booking whether the clinic actually provides extraction treatment and what the treatment schedule is.
이믿음치과의원
The Kakao rating is 3.9, with 294 Naver visitor reviews and 690 Kakao reviews, for a total of 984 across the two platforms. Reviews include experiences with scaling, root canal treatment, explanations, and staff service, but no wisdom tooth extraction case is confirmed in the quoted reviews provided. Therefore, review volume or general treatment reviews should not be interpreted as equivalent to wisdom tooth extraction outcomes.
I visited for scaling after a strong recommendation from a coworker. The dentists were kind and made the treatment painless, so I had a very comfortable visit today.
They performed root canal treatment without any pain. They explained things well, and the director and nurses were all kind.

Confirming your schedule after extraction and parking availability together will help you prepare before visiting.

Warning Signs
The items below are not about naming a specific clinic; they are things to check during consultation.
- If the clinic urges you to hurry with extraction without explaining the test results and treatment plan, ask for the reason and alternatives.
- Be cautious of explanations that definitively guarantee outcomes without checking extraction difficulty or the tooth’s relationship to the nerve canal.
- If it is difficult to confirm costs and test items before treatment, ask again about itemized costs and insurance coverage.
- If you do not receive aftercare instructions or a contact point for problems after treatment, confirm before leaving.
Frequently Asked Questions
What should I compare first when choosing a wisdom tooth extraction clinic near Yeoksam Station?
Check not only location and hours but also whether wisdom tooth extraction is available, the testing plan, information about the treating clinician, and cost guidance. Reviews are personal experiences, so it is better to distinguish extraction cases from general treatment reviews.
Which clinics in this data have reviews confirming wisdom tooth extraction experience?
스카이치과의원 has a review saying a wisdom tooth was removed, and 메르덴플러스치과의원 has reviews describing an impacted wisdom tooth consultation and extraction experience. Reviews are personal experiences and do not mean every patient will have the same result.
How much does wisdom tooth extraction cost?
According to the provided reference information, simple extraction costs about KRW 10,000–30,000 out of pocket when covered by National Health Insurance, and fully impacted extraction is around KRW 50,000–100,000. Actual out-of-pocket costs may vary depending on your condition and the tests/treatment provided, so confirm with the clinic.
What if my wisdom tooth is close to the nerve canal?
According to the provided reference information, if the tooth is close to the nerve canal, CT imaging or referral to a university hospital may be needed. Whether this is actually necessary should be confirmed with the clinician after examination and testing.
Do any of these clinics provide English-speaking support for foreign patients?
The source data does not state that any of the five clinics has English-speaking staff or interpretation services. If you need an English-speaking visit, call the clinic or check its booking page to confirm whether English-speaking staff or interpretation can be arranged, and ask how to book and what to bring.
If a clinic has many reviews or a high rating, does that mean it is good at wisdom tooth extraction?
That cannot be concluded. Review counts and ratings are reference information showing visitor experiences, and wisdom tooth conditions and treatment plans differ by individual. Consult directly about extraction experience, testing needs, the treating clinician, and costs.
